We recently decided to sell two of our L lenses, and get this stuff. Yay! I'm ridiculously giddy as I'm writing this!!!Eleanor is so in for it tomorrow!

Shana, We sold the 70-200/2.8 within hours on ebay, but we're still working on selling the 16-35/2.8. Both are great lenses, but I wasn't using them much at all.
Janice, Sad news about the 28. It needs to go to the shop to be calibrated. Just arrived yesterday, and WILL NOT take a sharp picture! :(
Megan, how does the calibration work? I always here about that, but never knew exactly what happens. Do you have to send it to Canon or a local shop? That really stinks it won't take a sharp picture, is it from the being shipped?
Okay, sorry for so many questions. I should have just written an email.
Shana- Honestly, I don't know what 'calibration' does exactly. That's what my husband said we needed to do. :) We'll have to take it to DC to an official Canon repair shop, which really stinks. I'm not sure why it isn't working right...the other stuff that was shipped with it was fine.
Oh no, what a bummer! Hope it doesn't take long to get it calibrated.
