So Eleanor's first birthday party is officially done. (Sigh). I think it was a success. Everyone seemed to have a really good time. Eleanor especially enjoyed the cake-eating and swimming portions of the event. By the time we got around to present-opening, she was one tired little cookie (and was probably coming down off a mean sugar buzz).
I have already had several inquiries as to the whereabouts of these birthday party photos. So, here they are...the long-awaited (seriously, people, it was yesterday) photos from the par-tay. There is even a bonus photo of Eleanor doing her latest trick- blowing a kiss.

What a great time. Would you add her 12 month photo in the chair so we can compare to last month? I love that you do that....
Susie- She's not actually 12 months until Tuesday, so I'm sort of in denial until then. Stay tuned for the 12 month photo!
Look at all those gifts. She made out! Her party looks like a lot of fun, I am sure everyone had a blast. One year old party's are the best!

Awww. Happy Birthday Eleanor! I love that you put a bib on for her cake. :-) She got a car like Marielle's! Too bad we can't have them cruise together.
So sad we couldn't make it up there! I love all the pictures. Looks like she got lots of fun stuff. My advice... say some things for a rainy day. They get so many new toys that they really don't need them all at once.
Oh and she really does have a gift on the way... its just still sitting in my car! I'm gonna try to make it to the post office tomorrow... :)
Cool party!!! She looks so cute in wearing her bandana around her neck! Oh, and I see you got the Fisher Price talking dog - beware because that thing starts talking or singing when you walk by it (ha-ha!).
Looks like a great Par-tay...but I see that she got the possessed Laugh & Learn Puppy. Here's a heads up...there's a switch to turn him off on his neck.
